If you cannot find what you need on our website, please kindly let us know by emailing us and we can provide a custom quote.
Q: What type of paper stock do you carry?
We carry a wide range of paper stock and materials for different products. Please refer to each product's page for available options.
Q: What type of printing process do you use?
Our products are printed with the process colour (CMYK), which is an industry standard full colour printing method.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Our customer's satisfaction is important to us and we value your opinions. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, please e-mail us within 1 week after receiving your order to tell us why you are unsatisfied (please include your order number). We will try our best to provide a suitable arrangement for you as soon as possible.
Q: My product was damaged, what do I do?
Made in print promises to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If your product is damaged when you receive them in the mail, please e-mail us within 1 week. We will investigate if the product was damaged by the courier or if it was a manufacturer defect. If it was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee a reprint for the job using the original files at no cost once the defective product(s) has been returned. Unfortunately, if it was damaged by the courier during shipping,We are not responsible for the damage. To file a claim or complaint, please call or e-mail the courier that you have selected for your shipment.
